Take Me to Bali!

When you first contact us give us the price range you would like and we will email you back with some suggestions for your stay. When you have airline bookings with a firm arrival date and time, email back to us this information together with your hotel preferences and we can check availability and make bookings. When we can confirm the bookings we will email you this information together with a request for a deposit representing payment for the first night at your hotel (or at each hotel if you are moving around) plus the cost of your arrival meet-and-greet and transfer. When you pay this by emailing or faxing us your credit card details and authorization, or by mailing us a bank draft if there is time, or by T/T (electronic fund transfer), we will email you vouchers confirming your accommodation at our discounted room rate and deliver copies to the hotels concerned.

Your first night at each hotel is paid for and you will pay the hotel or hotels for the remainder of your stay yourself at our rates quoted on your vouchers, which you hand to the hotel on your arrival. These prices are net and you will NOT have to pay hotel tax and service for your rooms, which in Bali is 21%.

There are a few very exclusive hotels in Bali which ask for full payment in advance.

If we have not received your deposit within a reasonable time (at least before 30 days of your arrival date) we will cancel all bookings.

If you have booked with us we will meet your flight with a car and a guide and you can make arrangements with him to consult with you at any time during your stay on tours and activities available. Your guide will accompany you to your hotel and help you check in.
